Chinese American Resources for Education

WECARE is a 501 (c) 3 public charity organization registered with IRS and the State of Washington. We create hope for rural students in China by providing scholarships to those who aspire to continue their education but are unable to do so because of a lack of financial resources.

Wei Eu Chinese American Resources for Education, Inc. (WECARE) was established in 1999 in the US as a non-profit organization. WECARE’s primary goals are:

To provide scholarships to needy students in rural China who otherwise would not have the opportunity to go to school

To provide financial support to schools to enhance the facilities and environment for learning; and through the above

To establish channels of communication for better understanding between the US general public and people in rural and less developed areas of China.
